If you find yourself continually running short of chip memory, we suggest you
obtain more, if possible. If you have a stock Amiga 500 or 2000, you can
change from the standard one megabyte of chip ram to two megabytes by
installing the \ts b DKB Megachip\ts n . This device is reasonably easy to
install, is highly reliable, and will considerably ease the demands on your
computer's limited chip memory resources.
Standard, unaccellerated Amigas can have up to one megabyte of chip memory
installed, or two megabytes using the \ts b DKB Megachip \ts n mentioned
previously. a1200, a3000 and a4000 Amigas come with either sockets for the
two megabytes of chip memory, or with it already installed. To find out how
much chip memory your computer has, type the following line at any shell
prompt, and you should get a response similar to that shown below:
\ts b avail \ts i <enter> \ts n
\{ \nw \tc DarkBlue Type Available In-Use Maximum Largest
chip 668832 378720 1047552 617240
fast 1703160 6685448 8388608 1609200
total 2371992 7064168 9436160 1609200\}
For more information on adding chip memory to your particular computer, refer
to your Amiga dealer or a consultant.

this error occur, Imagemaster does not have enough memory to search the list
of save types for the correct file format that you have requested.
